Executive Director

Abdulahi is currently the Education Program Impact and Evaluation Fellow with the world largest volunteer organization – Points of Light, New York, under the AtlasCorps Fellowship. He holds bachelors degree in Demography and Social Statistics, Ordinary National Diploma Certificate in Accountancy, and other certifications on: Social Sector Management, Project Management, Managing People, NGO Management and Administration, Proposal Writing & Funding, Civil Society Leadership, and Impacts Measurement. He has once served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for HPDPII/World Bank-funded project; the Account Officer for: CSS/Global Fund project, and TB Care I project – funded by Damien Foundation; a volunteer for American Jewish World Service at Living Hope Care, Nigeria. He has excellent track records on Health Projects:  HIV/AIDs Project, Tuberculosis and Malaria projects, etc.; Education Projects; Leadership Development Skills; and 21st Century Skills. He has worked with this set of populations: Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs), Female Sex Workers (FSWs), Pregnant Women, Women of Reproductive Age, People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHIV), Youth, In- and Out-of-school Youth, and Government Parastatals.

He recently served as a member of the Selection Committee for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.

Abdulahi is an alumnus of the American Express Leadership Academy (2017). He topped the list of 100 Brightest Young Minds (2016) of the Barclay Groups and Brighter Young Minds, South Africa. He was honored with the Most Replicable Project Award (2015) of the Life Changers Foundation, UK. He is an alumnus of Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI), West Africa Regional Leadership Center (Cohort 3), Accra. He is an alumnus and scholarship recipient of the Africa-America Institute, New York (2015). He is an alumnus of: Enterprise Development Center, Pan-Atlantic University (2015); Institute for Humanitarian Studies and Social Development (2016); Akure Business School (2013); Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria (2010); and Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State (2005).

Abdulahi is a voice at national and international issues as he gave a submission on the request of the Nigerian Senates on 2016 National Appropriation Bill; honored invitation of Minister for Budget and National Planning on the progress report of 2016 budget; honored several invitations of Nigerian House of Representatives; served as a delegate at the International Young Leaders Assembly at World Bank Headquarters, Washington DC, and United Nations Headquarters, New York, etc. He is a renowned youth education and leadership development advocate.

KAFAYAT KIKELOMO KAREEM. (Director, Youth Affairs Center)

Director, Youth Affairs Center.

Kafayat hails from Kwara State, born and up in Lagos, where she completed both her primary and secondary school. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Local Government and Development Studies from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She is currently a Master Degree student in Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies at the same university.

She volunteered with the  Initiative for Sound Education Relationship & Health in the year 2015 during her National Youth Service Corps. Kafayat is a young lady with passion for development.  She is an articulate lady that loves impacting younger minds. Kareem Kafayat is presently a member of Young African Leaders Initiative  Network.

She holds a Diploma Cerficate in Desktop Publishing. In the year 2016, she attended Counter Terrorism and Prevention of Irregular Immigration course in the Nigeria Army Peacekeeping Centre - courtesy ISERH. She is presently volunteering as a Child Educator at Arrida Relief Foundation of Nigeria.


Program Director

Abimbola holds HND in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun state. He was a member of Student Union Representatives Council of the same institution. He was the pioneer President of the School of Applied Science, Federal Polytechnic, Ede - a position that won him the Fedpoly Ede Best President of the year Award. During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he led the team of Corp Members that organized ABEOKUTA MATHEMATICS AND ICT COMPETITION (AMIC-2014) – where its winner is placed under a university scholarship that he presently enjoys at Obafemi Awolowo Universit. He is a member of CACOL - an NGO that advocates for transparency and accountability in governance.

IBIYEMI AANUOLUWAPO AMOO. (Education Program Director)

Aanuoluwapo holds a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Educational Evaluation, from University of Ibadan, and B.Agric in Soil Science and Land Management from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. She also received certifications in Business and Entrepreneurial Management from African Management Initiative (AMI) sponsored by Bank of Industry, Nigeria and Capacity Development by Sabmiller (International Brewery, Ilesha). She volunteered with Young Volunteers for the Environment, Nigeria as the General Secretary, Educational and Research Officer a State Chapter; Project Coordinator for Green Summer School, Smart Village and Sustainable Energy and Climate Education in Schools. She also volunteered with School of Virtue, (SOV) in the pre-planning and registration of some of their annual camp attendees. She is the founder of La-Charis School through which she sponsors a yearly free art and craft training for children in her community. She recently attended Conference of the Parties, COP 22 in Marrakech, Morocco.

ADEOLA TEMITOPE HAASTRUP. (Health Program Director)

Adeola holds a Bachelor Degree (BNSc) in Nursing Science from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She is a registered mental health nurse, a midwife, and a public health nurse. She worked with Seventh-Day Adventist Hospital as a Nursing Officer, and Coordinator of Medical Outreaches in Ile-Ife and its surrounding villages between 2006 and 2008. She presently works as a Mental Health Nurse at Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesha

PRINCE ADENIRAN TAOFIQ ADEMOLA. (Agricultural Program Director)

Agricultural Program Director.

Taofiq is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from Federal College of Agriculture, Moor plantation, Ibadan. He got proficiency certification in Management from  Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). A Graduate/Charter Member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He attended Farmer Business School, sponsored by giz & World Cocoa Foundation (WCF) 2012. Holds a certification from Osogbo Business School.

He has participated in lots of seminars and workshops which include: National Leadership Workshop on 'PRAGMATIC LEADERSHIP IN A GROWING NGO' of Global Centre For Leadership & Human Development, 2016; National Leadership Workshop on 'INTER-ORGANISATIONAL UNITY AND SYNERGY' of Global Centre For Leadership And And Human Development.

He has received: Honorary Certificate as a Transit Chairman of MCAN Enugu State Chapter; Most Active Member of ICT CD Group, Enugu North Local Government; Certificate of Merit as the Most Supportive Member of National Association of Osun State Students (FCAI).

SALLY TEMITOPE AROWOSAFE-ADENIJI. (Director, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Programs)

Temitope holds a B'tech in Biochemistry from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, Oyo-State.

She received a certification in Occupational Health & Safety from Ministry of Health, Occupational Health Institute, Oyo State. She as well received a certification in I.C.T Skills & Entrepreneurship from the Federal Ministry of Youth Development and well got trained on Leadership by the same Ministry. She has attended several seminars and workshops on entrepreneurship.

She is the C.E.O, Sallyluli Vocational Skills Institute, and Sallyluli Cakes and Events.

She has wealth of experience in Entrepreneurship and Capacity building.


ICT Director

Kunle holds a Masters Degree (M.Sc.) in Public Health and Environmental Engineering option of Civil Engineering, from University of Ibadan, and B.Eng in Civil Engineering from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He also holds HND in Civil Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Offa. He also received Proficiency Certificate in Management from Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). He is currently an academic staff of Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, Nigeria. He is a member of professional bodies like Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nigeria Institute of Civil Engineers and Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). He has received several awards, he has sizeable number of scientific publications (International Journals, Local Journals, Conferences, Thesis and Dissertations) and has attended several Seminars and Workshops. He has wealth of experience in Website Development and he is the CEO of FLUXTECH CONCEPTS, a website development firm.


ABC Project Director.

Isiaq holds Bachelors Degree (B.Ed) in Business Education from Lagos State University, Ojoo. He also obtained a certificate in Desktop Publishing from Urede Computer Training School Ilesa. He has attended several leadership training and seminar within and outside the state which include KIMPACT Entrepreneurship and Governance School etc. He was the Financial Secretary, LASU Student Union Government, OSCOED Campus. Isiaq is an innovative and dedicated individual with passion to contribute his skills, experience and talents to work environment and the society which he displayed since the commencement of Aspiring the Best Competition (ABC) where he served as Coordinator prior to rising to the present position.

SAHEED ADEWALE OLAYEMI. (Monitoring and Evaluation Officer)

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Saheed holds a Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) in Mathematics with Second Class Upper Division from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2014). He presently studies M.Sc. in Mathematics from same university. He was a facilitator at National Commission for Mass Literacy, Adult and Non-formal Education, Kano Centre (May 2015-May 2016) during his NYSC year. He worked with the centre in ensuring that both the youths and adults of Kano are well-enlightened about the importance of western education coupled with Islamic education, which prevails over the latter in the region. He has been a Mathematics Tutor to several education centres that prepare students for tertiary education since 2011 till date.


Account Officer.

Fasilat holds a Bachelor Degree (BSC) in Accounting from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. She is presently a postgraduate student of the Financial-Accounting Department of Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho. She holds a certification from the Institute of Stragetic Entreprenurship of Nigeria (ISEN), in Lagos State (2014).



Luqman graduated with Upper Credit from the Federal Polytechnic Ede in the year 2009. During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he was elected the President of Lafiagi Corpers Association (LACAS 2010/2011). He is currently the National President of United OTM Elite Club (UOEC). He presently studies English Language at the National Open University of Nigeria. He is a writer and a teacher.
