It was in the year 2018, consequent upon reports of prevalence of suicides and drug abuse amongst young Africans, as well as the needs to groom them for ethical leadership, visionary entrepreneurship, patriotic citizenship, and diversity-friendly personality,  Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health  (ISERH) launched ISERH Undergraduate Studies (IUS) to build the leadership, social-corporate, relationship, and entrepreneurial skills of African Undergraduates, Graduates and Postgraduates admitted for the tuition-free 5-month duration course. We received several applications from NonAfricans for each of the 6 Classes we've run so far, but they had to be denied admission because of our mandate.

In March, 2021, we received a request for partnership from an Indian institution - Sri Sarada College for Women (Autonomous) [SSC] Salem - 636016 Tamilnadu, India,  that had been following our programmes over the years and seeks that their students benefit from our rich module that is not taught by any institution in the world.

On the 4th of April, 2021, the MoU comes to effect with the launch of an exchange programme that seeks to train the final year students of Sri Sarada College for Women (Autonomous) [SSC] Salem - 636016 by the facilitators of Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health (ISERH) on ethical leadership, visionary entrepreneurship, patriotic citizenship, and diversity-friendly personality, while the lecturers of Sri Sarada College for Women (Autonomous) [SSC] Salem - 636016 are to train the successful applicants amongst ISERH Associate Ambassadors on Enhancing Language Skills for Global Market, and Tips on Writing and Passing Various Global Competitive Examinations like: Talent, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. This program is designed to last 10 weeks per Class while the participants are expected to carry out a Capstone Project as a prerequisite to being awarded a Certificate.

In a few weeks to come, the applications for enrollment shall commence for the maiden class that commences this year's July.

As we look forward to signing many more MoU with African Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education, and High Schools for a physical implementation of our modules, we send our sincere appreciation to the management of Sri Sarada College for Women (Autonomous) [SSC] Salem - 636016 for their push to making this collaboration a success.

Signed,
Luqman Alawode
Director of Studies,
